It was suspected that HMD Global is working on the successor Nokia 9.3 PureView with a release date, probably in Q4 of the current year. Now, a recent rumor suggests that HMD Global is planning on releasing the new flagship in October. According to Phonearena, HMD Global is getting things ready for the launch of the smartphone. Retail sources have suggested that the cases of Nokia 9.3 have started appearing on the retailers. The smartphone is allegedly in the pre-launch testing phase. It is expected to reach the full-scale production phase in September so, the October release window is not far fetched.  The flagship should feature the Snapdragon 865 processor coupled with at least 6GB of RAM. It goes without saying that the smartphone will support 5G connectivity too. The base version would feature 128GB memory while a version with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage may release later. To compete with the contemporary flagships, a 120Hz display is also expected.    The camera hardware leaks have pointed towards the similar Penta camera module perfected by Zeiss optics. HMD Global is keeping the pricing information very close but speculators expect the 128GB version to cost around $799.
