We know that the delay was expected from the month-long break from factories as the government banned all work during the pandemic. It also resulted from the US government restricting its employees from visiting China. Perhaps, there is more to this story but as we saw reports from Broadcom as well, Apple would definitely be seeing a delayed launch for its much-awaited flagship of the year.

The article states, quoting the website “Digitimes” that since its development has nearly completed or completed fully, the final products can go to production. The article further adds that since this is the scenario, Apple may be pushing the product lines by the month of July. Additionally, the company is doing so in order to meet orders in the month of September. Although most sales occur near the holiday season, there are massive amounts of preorders as well. The company believes that it can meet the demand. The final statement seems a bit sketchy since we have seen in the past that Apple failed to meet the demand (everyone wants the new iPhone). It is still unsure to say that the devices won’t be off the shelves in a jiffy. Either way, we may just see a new iPhone come out by the end of this September. Stay tuned for more updates.
