— Ice universe (@UniverseIce) June 19, 2020 According to the tweet, firstly, the device would be building upon the existing Note 10+. That means that we would see a similar form factor and category of the device. Additionally, what the tweet suggests is that it would be rocking the latest Snapdragon 865+ chip. This should be standard on all phones from here on till the next generation of SD SoC’s arrive. There is a chance that this would be the processor in the regular Note 20 as well. Coming to the screen then. The device would feature a full QuadHD display. This time around though, we would actually see the 120Hz panel as well, with this resolution no less. Of course, Samsung avoided this to cover for the battery but perhaps they have developed the technology to support that. A good example is perhaps the LTPO display. Just like the Apple Watch, when there is no major function going on, the screen reverts to 1Hz in order to protect the battery life. Must say, comes in handy with an always-on display. Other features may include new functionality with the SPen. Since it is a Samsung megaphone, they may be working on newer camera features too. Perhaps time would tell. What would be interesting though is how they would price the product. So many features, we hope it’s not too bad.
