Worms W.M.D came out back in 2016. Since then, people have been eagerly waiting for the next one. While most Worms title has the same direction, it is kind of like the FIFA thing from every year. The little changes in the physics and the graphics actually bring people closer to it. They learn to appreciate the title. Now, though, the company recently announced the upcoming rendition of the Worms series. This is the Worms Rumble. Nibel tweeted about it on Twitter which leads to the Trailer for the title.

– real-time combat– 32-player Battle Royale and Deathmatch modes– Cross-playhttps://t.co/Q20mublNDL pic.twitter.com/RYuv4KLB1n — Nibel (@Nibellion) July 1, 2020 According to the post, the game would have three major features. Since Worms offers cross-platform multiplayer (also a new addition), the game would allow real-time matches. Perhaps users would not have to wait for each other’s turns this time around. Another welcomed feature is the new 32-player Battle Royale mode and a deathmatch mode. This is in line with new titles which offer battle royales. These are much more convenient for players who wish to have limited gaming sessions and do not want to dive into a story.

The announcement states that the game would be coming out later this year for PC, PS4 and even the PS5. One surprising thing though. There was no mention of the Xbox Series X. Perhaps there is some dispute there. It won’t be long though. There would be a lot of players going for the green and they would want this title. Additionally, if there is PC support, Xbox would not be far behind.
